This is the first pure Diplomacy Con and thus probably one of the highest quality tournaments played in Norway. It was arranged by the NDA, which had been formed during Arcon in June 1994. The results were published in "The Backstabber" No. 32, but number of heats, numbers of boards or description of the scoring system were omitted. However, it's clear from the tournament report that there were at least 3 heats (probably 4 as it was a 2 day Con). LoegnCon = Con of lies.
