SCORING SYSTEM
Total points = P + D
P is received based upon the final position in the game. The 1st receives 23, the 2nd 17, and after that, 12, 8, 5, 2 and 1 to the 7th player.
D is calculated from the supply centers. Each player gets the difference between his #sc and #sc for each player placing behind him in the game.
18 sc gives 80 points and the rest of the board gets nothing.
If 2 players end on the same #sc, their position is decided by their total sc-count in the game.
